It was with a markedly high level of interest on the part of the audience that the expert presentation given by the graduate conservator Anne Kaiser (who holds a degree from a University of Applied Sciences) at the conference "The Art of Collaboration: Stained-Glass Conservation in the Twenty-First Century" on 2 June 2009 at them Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York entitled "Protection of Conservation Materials from Photo-chemical Aging" was received.

We would like to say a warm word of gratitude to all participants; of course, we continue to be available to answer any questions you may have concerning UV protection - and will gladly inform you of current developments in the field.

We, too, were able to once again reap the benefits offered by the program of this special event, which pointed out to us interesting aspects for continuing education in the field of glass-paintings conservation; many thanks to the organisers!
