Planar-light frames as a presentation option for specific finds

"In numerous churches – as in the Lutheran church in Obernbreit – time and again historical glass paintings are found; in museums, individual glass- paintings exhibits can be optimally presented.

in this process, the question of appropriate and reversible presentation arises.

With our planar-light frame, you present exclusive glass paintings particularly carefully, since the energy level required for the even background lighting is comparably low.

On one hand, this saves money on electricity – on the other hand, the historic glass paintings are not exposed to unnecessary heat.

In this manner, the lighting of each of the glass paintings from Obernbreit (approx. 1595 x 765 mm in size) with only four 39 W luminophore bulbs with energy-saving electronic ballasts; connection took place via an isolated ground receptacle.

Upon request, our planar-light frames can also be fitted with dimmable electronic ballasts.

In addition to the particularly energy-saving lighting, our planar-light frame has the benefit of an extremely low structural depth: merely approx. 33 mm!

Due to the necessary reinforcement for the stabilisation (here, the historic tap wrenches) and small wall spacers for the guidance of cables behind the planar-light frame, the resulting total depth for this project amounted to merely 62 mm!

And that with the most homogenous light distribution!

We will gladly also implement your project -please writeus.

Here, you will find our planar-light frames in combination with a modern glass design.
